returns were actually pretty smooth for me last month. just follow the instructions on their site and ship it back. you do have to pay for return shipping though, which kinda sucks.

It's not free returns, you gotta pay for the label yourself. But once they get it, the refund processes pretty quick. I think you have 30 days or something to send it back.

It's definitely fast fashion, but like, on the better end of it. The quality is a step up from Shein or even like, Forever 21, but it's not super high end or anything. Their loungewear holds up pretty well.

I'd say it's similar to Princess Polly or Oh Polly. Trendy stuff, decent for the price, but don't expect it to last forever. Good for specific events or current styles.

I find their loungewear and like, oversized tees are pretty true to size, maybe even a little big. but some of the dresses, especially bodycon ones, can be a bit snug. definitely check the size guide for those.

yeah, it's pretty standard for the most part. i'm a medium in most brands and their medium fits me fine. but if you're on the fence, maybe size up for things that aren't meant to be super tight.

I've used express to Seattle before and it got here in like 3-4 business days. NYC should be similar, maybe even faster since it's a bigger hub. You should be good.

it depends. sometimes it's super quick, sometimes it takes a bit longer, especially if there's a holiday or something. i'd order it like, today, just to be safe if your event is next weekend.
